6月2日下午，国际学院的老师们在端午节来临之际代表学校给留学生们送上了端午节的粽子！在这特殊时期，让留学生们在感受中国传统节日氛围的同时也能够了解中国文化，品尝中国美食。作为中国四大传统节日之一，端午节传承至今，凝结着中华优秀传统文化，成为了寄托人们情感和精神的文化符号，也是可以传播中华文化，加强对外国际交流一个重要节日。在老师们和留学生们的交流中，了解到不少留学生表示很喜欢吃中国的粽子，对于老师们送来的粽子的口味十分期待，还有留学生表示想要在未来体验一下划龙舟。
On the afternoon of June 2nd, teachers from the International College sent zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival to the international students on behalf of the school. In this special period, students can not only experience the traditional Chinese festival atmosphere, but also understand Chinese culture and taste Chinese food. As one of the four traditional Chinese festivals, the Dragon Boat Festival has been inherited till now. It embodies the excellent traditional Chinese culture and has become a cultural symbol for people's emotions and spirits. It is also an important festival for spreading Chinese culture and strengthening international exchanges. During the communication between the teachers and the international students, we learned that many international students like eating Chinese zongzi very much, and they are looking forward to the taste of the zongzi sent by the teachers. Some international students also said that they would like to experience dragon boat rowing in the future.
当日晚八时，国际学院就端午节疫情防控，出行安全及期末考试等重要事宜开展线上视频会议。会议的主要目的是为了我校所有留学生都能够度过一个充实且平安的端午假期。当日晚，所有教师及留学生均准时参会。会议由刘妍艳老师牵头，国际学院老师主持，在端午节前夕，将疫情防控，外出注意事项，饮食安全等一系列重要问题向留学生做以提示和说明。安全问题牢记心间，防患于未然，确保假期安全！
At 8 PM on the same day, the International College held an online video conference on important issues such as epidemic prevention and control, travel safety and final exams during the Dragon Boat Festival. The main purpose of the meeting is for all international students in our school to be able to spend a full and safe Dragon Boat holiday. On the evening of that day, all teachers and international students attended the meeting on time. The meeting was led by Ms. Liu Yanyan and presided over by teachers from International College. On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, a series of important issues such as epidemic prevention and control, precautions for going out, and food safety were presented to international students.
