2023年3月16日，哈尔滨剑桥学院创新创业学院与国际文化教育学院同中国外文局文化传播中心和华语教学出版社在国际教育大厦会议室举行了洽谈会。中国外文局文化传播中心和华语教学出版社专家顾问委员会主任卢书全，我校副校长王志臣，创新创业学院院长王滨生，国际文化教育学院院长马楠等出席此次会议。此次洽谈会就举办2023讲好中国故事——来华留学生“对外文化贸易”人才选拔赛、共同建设留学生创新创业实践基地、进一步提升我校人才培养质量等方面展开深入交流。
On March 16, 2023, Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and International Culture and Education College of Harbin Cambridge University, Cultural Communication Center of China Foreign Language Administration and Chinese Language Teaching Press held a meeting in the conference room of International Education Building. Lu Shuquan, Director of Cultural Communication Center of CIPG and Expert Advisory Committee of Chinese Language Teaching Press, Wang Zhichen, Vice President of our School，dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship College，Wang Binsheng, and Ma Nan, dean of International Culture and Education College, attended the meeting. The fair will carry out in-depth exchanges on the holding of 2023 Telling China Stories -- Foreign Cultural Trade talent selection competition for international students, the joint construction of international students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice base, and further improving the quality of talent training in our university.
本次大赛由中国外文局文化传播中心，华语教学出版社主办，北京华语时代文化传媒有限公司承办，以“讲好新时代中国故事”“选拔来华留学生对外文化贸易人才”为主题的年度官方品牌活动。大赛以挖掘中华优秀文化内涵，培养留学人员创业专项技能，以扶持、培训、助推来华留学生归国创业与就业为宗旨，面向全球来华留学生征集中国故事、传播好声音、树立中国良好国际形象。
This competition is sponsored by the Cultural Communication Center of CIPG, Chinese Language Teaching Press and undertaken by Beijing Chinese Times Culture Media Co., LTD. It is an annual official brand activity with the theme of telling Chinese stories well in the New Era and Selecting foreign cultural trade talents for overseas students in China.The competition aims to explore the connotation of excellent Chinese culture, cultivate the special skills of overseas students to start their own business, support, train and promote the returnedoverseas students to start their own business and employment in China, and collect Chinese stories, spread the good voice and establish a good international image of China for overseas students from all over the world.
我校以此次大赛为契机，与中国外文局文化传播中心，华语教学出版社一道，积极推动留学生创新创业实践基地建设。近年来，国家和省、市各级政府高度重视留学生创新创业工作，要求全社会营造理解、重视、支持留学生创新创业的良好氛围，为留学生创新创业提供有利条件，搭建广阔舞台，大力发现、培育、选拔留学生创新创业人才。我校为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，统筹推进“双高”建设，搭建深化国际人文交流，加强国际交流与合作能力，提升我校国际影响力，通过与中国外文局文化传播中心和华语教学出版社专家顾问委员会主任卢书全进行调研协商，共建外国留学生创新创业基地，旨在日后资源共享，优势互补，共同发展。
